There’s been so much music in my life recently, there’s been no time to write about it. Wedding dancing music, accidental basement bar live band early aughts hip hop medley music, house painting music. All this has my letters on Google gravy and how grapefruit and Charlie Crockett made their way west still in progress. Soon my friends.
Other than music, a lot has happened since we last spoke at the start of summer.

In the food department, I introduced a Midwesterner to southwestern style white chicken chili, ate some show stopping roasted carrots over crème fresh sauce at Duck Duck Goose and heard that either eating this chip or chugging a gallon of milk afterward is hard on the stomach.
Finally, since the reading materials seem to spark the most conversation around here, I’ve put together a Bookshop.org shop where you can find recommended titles, support independent book stores and throw some change towards research and compensating future contributors’. More on this next time. Until then, I’ll be gorging on mellowcreme pumpkins.
